At Umbrella Bookkeeping we work alongside your accountant at year end and provide the relevant information and accounts to them, streamlining your year end process. This frees up your accountant and allows them more time to focus on devising tax strategies, outlining tax liabilities, and and producing your tax returns in the required time frame.
Our services come with three different pricing options from ad-hoc to regular to fixed priced rates. Every business is different and we make sure our service is flexible to fit around your needs and budget. Our aim is to always produce results for your business with a focus on freeing up your time to focus on business growth and developing relationships with your customers.
Our team work with a range of accounting software packages including: KashFlow, Sage, Quickbooks and Zero. Whether you are a business owner, sole trader, or limited company etc, our service is flexible and diverse, supporting a range of different sized businesses.

Our Hourly Rates
For one-off jobs that you are unsure exactly how long will take. This service is perfect for those clients that do not feel the need for the regular service of a bookkeeper.
If appropriate, after having fulfilled your ad-hoc job, you may want to discuss a more regular service...
If you need bookkeeping services on a more permanent basis then we suggest using our regular pricing structure with the added benefit of a reduced hourly rate.
This is our most popular service by far. However, we can also provide fixed rates (see below).
Fixed price rates are available for those clients that know precisely how long they want us to work on their bookkeeping and financial analysis needs every week, month or year. This pricing structure is available once we have discussed your exact needs and we both agree on the time spent and services to be provided.
